Don't know why this app wants me to turn off developer options for a "seamless" experience. It also refuses to let me recharge until I do such a thing. Why are you even checking for developer options?? Edit: Developer options on Android devices are generally not a security concern for most users who only want to adjust interface animations or performance. It's what I have been using it for since 2010. Don't know why a sim selfcare app is concerned about such a thing...

This is a security concern. Please disable "developer mode" in your phone settings and try again. It will work. Go to settings - - >Search for Developer/debugging mode - - > Disable it.

Worst of worst service. 10 days service remains down in a month. Most important thing (which is not told by BSNL service provider) is the day you stop using internet go to nearest branch to stop your connection else they will keep charging money. There is no automatic disconnection even if you stop paying (You would realise after 3 months when they send legal notice). For getting security back, you have to write one more application. No automatic process to get security back.

Earlier I had given a review to which the developer responded that the glitch has been removed. Tried again to link my BSNL Fibre connection. Whenever I click on link button I get a message "register to link your other connections". When I do this it automatically feeds in my mobile number in the box. After entering all the required data it sends an OTP on this automatically fed mobile number. Once I enter the OTP it shows an error "Mobile number already registered" and does not move further.
